With all the spring lettuce growing switching up the salad dressings is a fun way to keep salads exciting. This Basil Vinaigrette is so good. This year I am growing purple basil and I did a mix of the purple and green in my vinaigrette and it makes the prettiest dressing to bottle up!! I am thinking you could also marinate chicken in this dressing and grill it up and serve it over a lettuce salad or pasta!!
