I always have garlic scape butter in my freezer. It is so easy and simple to make. Melt this butter over top of cooked veggies for buttery garlic flavor in a snap!

Our family favorite is to make pizza fries with it. We use the butter as a sauce on top of a pizza crust. Top with a mixture of Mozzarella & Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle a couple pinches of our Pizza Herb Blend. Bake it all up until the cheese is golden. Cut the pizza into strips and dunk them into your favorite pizza sauce!! Yum.
