DIY Grape Trellis

I purchased a couple of grape vines in hopes that we would be able to come up with a creative way to grow them. We found two tripods that we weren’t using, a couple of wood beams and two cattle panels.

We decided to lay down landscape fabric to help with our mowing. Set up the tripods. Laid the wood beams across to attach the cattle panels to. We then found an old coffee can we heated up with a torch. Once it was hot enough it cut a perfect circle for our plants to go into. Project was wrapped up in a few short hours!! Now we do the hard part of waiting for it to grow, fill out the trellis and produce grapes!!

I purchased the Vitis Reliance Red Seedless Grapes from Park Seed.
